I started providing professional development to peers, especially in topics related to instructional technology about nineteen years ago. At that time, I designed, developed and delivered professional development workshops for colleagues and later for the Chana Goldstein & Samuel Levis Foundation.

I have designed, developed and facilitated professional development experiences for faculty on topics that include online collaborative work, instructional technology for critical thinking, online course design, mobile learning, the Canvas LMS, design of multimedia learning and accessibility since 2005. At UNAD Florida, the University of Puerto Rico and Florida International University, I designed face-to-face and online professional development workshops to meet faculty instructional and course design learning needs.
