My Philosophy

Dr. López Ortiz Profile Photo

I believe that project/problem-based learning experiences are the most meaningful especially when incorporating the multiple perspectives of collaborating peers.

I also believe in the power of formative evaluation to guide students during their inquiry process.

I value hybrid and face-to-face contexts and have a special interest in online environments.

For those reasons, I think my instructional designs through until I find a relevant way to present content in a student-centered learning environment.
